Step – 1 : You Send the Inquiry
Let’s start with your vision : Whether you have a fully designed vector file or just a rough idea and a deadline, just send it over. Tell us what you need—50 polos for a trade show, 500 tees for a promo, or jackets for the sales team. We aren’t picky; just let us know what you’re aiming for.
Step – 2 : We Assess & Recommend
We check the details so you don’t have to. This is where we partner up. My team looks at your requirements and matches them with the right apparel and technique. We check if your logo will work better embroidered or printed, and we ensure the fabric quality fits your brand’s reputation. If we spot a potential issue, we’ll flag it costs you money.
Step -3 : You Approve the Proof
No surprises. Ever. I believe you should know exactly what you’re paying for. We create a detailed digital mock-up showing exactly how your logo will sit on the garment, the sizing, and the colors. We don’t touch a single machine until you look at that proof and give us the thumbs up.
Step – 4 : We Handle Production
Once you say “Go,” we get to work. We process the order and get it onto our embroidery machines or print presses. You can focus on your day-to-day operations while we handle the manufacturing, quality control, and packing. We stick to the timeline we promised.
Step – 5 : Delivery & Status Check
From our floor to your door. We pack your order securely and ship it out. But we don’t just disappear; we provide you with tracking so you can see exactly when it’s arriving. We check the delivery status to make sure it reached you safely.
